RecoverMore is a DBA of A4D LLC. References to "RecoverMore," "we," "our," or "us" in this document refer to A4D LLC dba RecoverMore.
1. SMS Consent Communication
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our intake form, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from RecoverMore (a DBA of A4D LLC) at the phone number you provided, including via automated technology. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any service. Your SMS consent and mobile information are not shared, sold, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates — including RecoverMore's marketing partners, attorney partners, or law firms — for any purpose, including marketing or promotional purposes. The mobile information that you provide and your express written SMS consent are excluded from any data sharing described elsewhere in our Privacy Policy.
2. Non-Transferability of SMS Consent
Your SMS consent is not transferable. RecoverMore will not share, sell, or transfer your SMS opt-in or mobile information to any third party, including marketing partners, attorney partners, or law firms identified elsewhere on this site. If a law firm or other party wishes to send you SMS messages, they must obtain your separate, independent consent through their own opt-in process.
3. Types of SMS Communications
If you consent to receive text messages from RecoverMore, you may receive messages related to:
- Case status updates
- Follow-up messages from legal professionals
- Important notifications about your inquiry
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week related to your case inquiry.
5. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
6. Opt-In Method
You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from RecoverMore by submitting an online form and checking the SMS consent box.
7. Opt-Out Method
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at privacy@recovermore.com to request removal from our messaging list.
8. Help
If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" to any SMS message. Or, you can contact us directly at privacy@recovermore.com.
9. Carriers Not Liable
Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and Cricket) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Supported Carriers
SMS service is supported on AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, and most other major U.S. carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
